Artwork and files
Artwork files are required in vector format , eg. eps, ai, dxf, dwg, scv, or pdf (generated from a CAD package).
This will ensure the quickest processing of your quote.
If you cannot provide one of these file types, we will assume that you require design services also. The associated programming costs will be included in your quote. Please at least include a sketch, diagram or image as a bare minimum for quoting purposes.

To enable us to provide the most accurate and expedient quote, please specify the following –
Quantity of items to be cut.
Material type/grade/finish Please refer to our Materials page for details of our stock materials.We can also cut in your material if you prefer to supply.
Overall or critical dimensions - if not on artwork file.
If you would like double-sided tape on any or both faces (available on plastics only).
Our lead time is 5 working days from placement of order, but please advise in advance if you require a shorter lead time. This may incur additional cost to cover overtime cutting, and these will be incorporated into your quote.
Shipping arrangements or if you will be picking up. We use Go Logistics (daily am pickup) for standard items up to 25kg and under 0.1 cu metres in volume. Longest linear dimension is 1.8 metres. For larger items or palletised goods, a freight quote can be provided.
